Project Status
Chroma will be completed by the 17th. This is due to a myriad of factors including my personal life as well as a few upcoming deadlines in the gaming community. Chroma will still be the previously intended run time of 15-30 minutes. The Haunted PSX channel is taking submissions for trailers at the end of the month and I would like to submit a trailer for Chroma to help bring exposure to the work. Jonas Tyroller of Will You Snail is making a video where he plays indie games again and I would really like the feedback and exposure from his channel. To help reach the deadline I will not upload any more video dev logs since they take a bit too much time which would be better spent on the actual game.
What's left?
I have a few more puzzles to implement as well as a few bug fixes. A new *Bizarro* other-world area is also in the works which will be the last act of the game. As part of the combat system, I need to still implement a way for the player to heal. I am also considering implementing a final boss for the climax of the game. Well... time to get back to work!
